JARRED AND I MET IN NOVEMBER 2002 WHEN JARRED JUST MOVED TO OC FROM LA. ONE "GIRLS NIGHT OUT" TURNED INTO “GIRLS NIGHT OUT + JARRED” (lucky for him). UNEXPECTEDLY, WE WERE ATTACHED THE REST OF THE EVENING. I KNEW FROM THAT FIRST NIGHT HE WAS THE ONE! AFTER OUR FIRST DATE 2 WEEKS LATER, WE HAVE BEEN INSEPARABLE. NOW MARRIED WITH 2 BEAUTIFUL KIDS, WE ARE ENJOYING THE NEXT CHAPTER IN OUR LIVES.

UH OH!!!

I think I know what Kai's first word will be... "UH-OH". He heard Jarred and I saying it one day and tried to mimic the sound. Since then, we keep saying it so that he can repeat us - for pure "parent entertainment" purposes. Now when he sees me, he'll make the "uh-oh" sounds.

Kai is getting so big and cute! As for "uh-oh" it does seem to be a favorite toddler word. We've been teaching Sagan "dang!" because it makes us giggle. Now he says "Uh-oh! Ning!"
