Nanny Interviews

A week ago, we went to interview a handful of nannies through an agency. It was a neat experience. We invited some of them back to our house for a second interview and see how well they work with Kai. By Friday, we made a decision on a nanny and she starts this Thursday. She is a sweet lady and are happy with our choice. I am sad that I will have to leave Kai during the day when I start work next week. = ( But hopefully having a nanny will help make our lives a little easier......
